I am a career firefighter so that schedule keeps me pretty busy. When I am not at Active on my days off you can find me outside or in the gym.
How long have you been an Active Crew member?
Ten glorious years!
What is your favorite part about working at AE?
100% without a doubt the people I work for and the people I get to work with.
What type of gear do you like talking about the most?
Camping gear.

All the badass T-Shirts we have.
What is your favorite activity to do outside?
For real anything. If its having fun or doing labor intensive work I am just happy to be outdoors.

The CrossFit gym, HyVee, and the CrossFit gym. (I seriously don’t go anywhere else.)
Best trip you’ve taken to date? Anything cool coming up?
Probably the wildfire assignment I was sent to in Idaho a few years back. It involved a ton of hard work and true bare bones wilderness camping. I got paid to hike the most gorgeous parts of the country. You can’t beat that!
